OVERNIGHT COOKIES 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
  • 1 package butterscotch chips (6 ounce pkg)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg whites until foamy, slowly add sugar, beating constantly until egg whites are stiff. Add vanilla and beat only until blended. Fold in nuts and butterscotch chips. Cover cookie sheet with well greased foil. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Place cookies into oven and turn oven off. Let cookies set in oven overnight.
