Easy Rice Pudding 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 box dark raisins
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 2 boxes Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • dash of nutmeg
Directions
Steam 1/2 box dark raisins in a strainer over boiling water. Measure 2 cups dry Minute Rice. Cook according to directions. Mix raisins and cooked rice. Make up 2 boxes Jello instant vanilla pudding. Mix pudding, rice and raisins together. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill. Serves 12.
