Olive & Caper Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Back Olives, Pitted
  • 2 jars Green Olives, Pitted
  • 1/2 bulb Fresh Garlic (approx 6 cloves, minced)
  • 1 jar Capers (Large jar)
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
Directions
Chop olives, garlic and capers. Add garlic, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mix all ingredients together. Will last indefinitely in container in refrigerator. Delicious over pasta, in salad, on sandwiches and on toasted garlic bread.
