Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (11 ounce can)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
