Horseradish Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces lemon jello
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 cup horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
Directions
Mix lemon jello, boiling water,vinegar and salt. Let set in refrigerator until thick as an uncooked egg white.

Add horseradish and hot sauce.

Whip whipping cream and fold into above mixture.

Place in an oiled mold and chill.

Great served with crackers.
