Boil all ingredients together. Cover and reduce heat to low 15-20 minutes. Than pour the following mixture over the rice and fluff with a fork.
3 T lime juice
3 t. sugar
4 T fresh chopped cilantro
dissolve sugar in lime juice in a small bowl in the microwave or over the stove. Once dissolved, add the cilantro.
***Serve all of this with warm black beans (add a little of LaVictoria Green Taco Sauce to the bean while warming them), pica de gallo (just chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro - basically what you'll already be chopping), shredded romaine lettuce, and of course top the burritos enchilada style with Las Palmas Green Enchilada Sauce and Monterey Jack cheese.
