1 can chicken broth
1 Jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion (medium)
1 green pepper (small)
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Directions
Cook Zatarains according to directions on box. Saut Jalapeno, onions and green peppers in a little oil. Add sausage, Cajun seasoning and hot sauce and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
