Apple Pudding with Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup apples, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Beat egg and sugar together.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve warm. Top with whipped topping or ice cream.
