Chicken Nuggets 17 Recipe

  • 3 pounds chicken breast, raw
  • 3 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 cups water
Cut your chicken into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients and stir with a whisk. Add the water and mix again. Let set for about fifteen minutes. Stir batter again just before you dip your chicken in it. In the meantime start heating your oil in a frying pan or deep fryer. When oil is hot enough, dip your chicken into the batter and fry for a few minutes or until done, flipping once. Remove from oil and let cool slightly before serving. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
