Alfredo sauce 29 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • milk
Directions
Melt butter and sour cream. Add egg yolk, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Add milk as needed to cream if desired.
