Whole Wheat Mush Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup coarsely ground whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • sugar or honey to taste
Directions
In a sauce pan bring water and salt to a boil. Quickly stir in wheat and continue to stir to prevent lumps.

Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and continue to cook for about 15 minutes.

Serve with milk and sugar or honey.
