Crab Apple Pickles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 gallons crab apples
  • 1 cup white or brown sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
Directions
Wash and cut blossom end out and place 1 whole clove in each apple. Pack in layers and layer sugar until all used. Then pour vinegar over and bake 3 hrs. in a slow oven 250 degrees.
