Buffalo Wing Chicken Dip Casserole Recipe

  • 4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 bottle Texas Pete Buffalo Wing style sauce
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 jar T. Marzettis Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
Boil chicken and then chop and mix with Wing Sauce and set aside. In the bottom of a casserole dish sprayed with Pam, spread the cream cheese. Then add the chicken mixture, layer this with cheese, keeping a little to sprinkle on top. Spread blue cheese dressing over cheese, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serve with tortilla chips or scoops.
