Baked Squirrel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained (small can)
Directions
Section squirrel and batter in flour, brown in skillet. Then place in baking dish and pour mixture of milk, onions, celery and mushrooms over squirrel, bake at 350° until tender.
