Ham Loaf or Ham Balls Recipe

  • 3 pounds ham loaf
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • Sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Mix together ham loaf, cracker crumbs, milk, and eggs. (Lannings sell ham loaf already mixed and ready for baking.) Form into loaf or balls. Mix together sauce ingredients and cook for 5 min. then pour over loaf or balls before putting into oven. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
