Marinated Wild Game Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup red or white cooking wine
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Marinate any type of wild game 3 or more hours. Grill to desired doneness.
