Orange Chicken Breasts 4 Recipe

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken about 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine flour, chicken broth, lemon juice, orange marmalade and pepper. Mix together and transfer to used skillet. Heat flour mixture over low medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Add chicken and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Serve warm. Great over rice. Makes 6 servings.
