Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons fruit jelly
Heat skillet to 350 degrees.

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, and spread the jelly on the other slice.

Put the buttered side piece of bread on the skillet and and put the other piece of top so that the peanut butter and jelly are in the middle.

Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
