Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Recipe

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (cream of mushroom works too)
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 frozen chicken breast medium or 2 large
  • Cooked Rice
Put the 2 T.water in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the frozen chicken in the water. Mix the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and italian dressing mix. Pour over the chicken. Cook on high for 2 hours (Check after 1 1/2 hrs.) Serve over rice. Sauce may be watered down to make it go further.
