Baked Chicken Breast 3 Recipe

  • 6 chicken breast (large)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 pint chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Sauce and rice to be served with chicken
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1/2 cup chicken bouillon or chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup dry parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
Skin chicken and lay in a greased 9x13 inch pan; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Meanwhile simmer chicken stock with soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, sugar, garlic salt, pepper and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer. For the sauce, put in saucepan and cook for 20 minutes.
