Pork Chop and Apple Sausage Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
4 Boneless pork chop 1 1/2 inches thick
1 pound Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage skinless
2 granny smith green apples
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 slices thick Bacon
Directions
Cut a good size pocket from the edge of the pork chop into the center. Peel and finely chop the green apple and mix it with the sausage.Stuff the apple sausage mixture into the pocket in the pork chops. season the outside of the stuffed chop with the herbs. Wrap the pork chop with 1 slice of bacon. Put the chops into a stainless steel uncoated skillet and brown all sides of the chops. Transfer the chops skillet and all into a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
