Ingredients
2 pounds lean beef cubes
1 onion, sliced
6 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled, diced
1 cup celery, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 can V-8 juice (large can)
Directions
In a oven-proof dish, combine all ingredients.
Bake covered at 250° for 5 hours.
