Simple Bracciole Recipe

  • 3 pounds bottom round thinly sliced steaks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup garlic
  • 2 cups fresh parsley
  • 1 cup pecorino romano cheese
  • olive oil
Mix the garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and romano cheese together.

Put a teaspoon of mixture onto each steak.

Roll up and secure with toothpick. Brown in heated olive oil.

Add your favorite spaghetti sauce and simmer in sauce until tender.

Serve with pasta of your choice.
