VEGETABLE TORTE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Pillsbury pie crusts (or frozen ready made)
  • 1 package Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 bunch spinach (or 1 pkg frozen)
  • 2 red potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 package mushrooms , sliced
  • 1 bell pepper diced or sliced (optional)
  • 1 onion sliced (small)
Directions
Lay first crust in a large pie plate.

Layer with half cheese, spinach, sliced potatoes, sliced mushrooms and sliced onions then top with the other half of cheese.

Put second crust on top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
