DBA TECSTRA SYSTEMS CORPORATION ("SPONSOR"). SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 A.M. CST ON 11/11/2011 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. CST ON 12/23/2011.

TO ENTER: Log on to www.RecipeTips.com between 12:00:00 A.M. CST on 11/11/2011 and 11:59:59 P.M. CST on 12/23/2011. There are multiple entry methods available for your chance to win one (1) iPad 2 to be awarded to one (1) winner.

Add your comment to an existing recipe on RecipeTips.com (limit of twenty (20) per day);
Save any recipe to your RecipeTips.com online recipe box (limit of five (5) per day);
Save any recipe to your RecipeTips.com online cookbooks (limit of five (5) per day);
Save any recipe to your RecipeTips.com online meal planners (limit of five (5) per day);
Save any recipe to your RecipeTips.com online menus (limit of five (5) per day);
Save any cooking tip to your RecipeTips.com online personalized 'My Files' (limit of five (5) per day);

Entry methods can be combined and are not limited to one method. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Entries which, in the sole discretion of Sponsor or its agents, are not original or are considered indecent, offensive or otherwise inappropriate will be removed and disqualified.

As more fully explained in the Terms of Use, entrants agree that Sponsor will own and control all rights in and related to submissions.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held after 12/23/2011 from all valid entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging firm whose decisions are final. Prize winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail within 30 days of 12/23/2011. If potential winners are unreachable or do not make direct contact with Sponsor by date specified in notification letter, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be randomly chosen.

No prize transfers or cash redemptions permitted. No prize substitutions, in whole or part, except at Sponsors sole discretion, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Prize Winner will receive iPad 2. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period 11/11/2011-12/23/2011. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any prizes. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. All prizes for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner per household. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted for delivery of Grand Prize documents. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to allow use of his or her name and/or photo for advertising this promotion without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States and District of Columbia 21 years of age or older and with Internet access as of 11/11/2011. Employees and directors of Austec Data, Inc. aka Tecstra Systems, ("Sponsor"), or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, Web site providers, Web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE DOCUMENTS: Prize winners consent to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. All entrants release Austec Data, Inc. aka Tecstra Systems, it's affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for defects, property damage or personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. All potential Sweepstakes prizewinners will be sent Affidavits of Eligibility and Liability, Publicity and Travel (if applicable) Releases, which must be signed and returned or prize will be forfeited in its entirety, except where prohibited. All documentation must be returned within five (5) calendar days of notification. In the event of noncompliance, or ineligibility, a winner's prize will be automatically forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing.

GENERAL: Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Sponsor, or their parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, or their promotional agencies are not responsible for: (1) Entry submissions received after deadline or that are lost, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or for any transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed responses; (2) Entries, prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind; or (3) Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer or communications malfunctions, failures or difficulties. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any part of this program without notice if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the program becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, including public utility or telephone outages; omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone system or network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Sweepstakes Home Page or any Web pages of the Sponsor; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or transmission systems, or the Internet, or any service provider's facilities, or any phone site or Web site (including the Home Page www.RecipeTips.com) or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors, or any combination thereof.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any phone service site or Web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by a computer (or similar) virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on the Home Page. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any phone service site or Web site (including the Home Page www.RecipeTips.com) or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WINNERS LIST & OFFICIAL RULES: A list of the sweepstakes winners and the official rules will be posted at www.RecipeTips.com within 30 days from 12/23/2011. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to seek or obtain punitive, incidental or consequential or any other kind of damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and/or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard for its conflicts of law doctrines, and all proceedings shall take place in Mower County, Minnesota.
