| | Directions | | Pound steak; cut into 8 pieces. Prepare stuffing mix; place spoonful on each piece of steak; roll up, fasten with toothpicks. Brown well in shortening; add soup and water. Cover; simmer about 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender, basting occasionally. Stir sour cream into sauce just before serving. Makes 6 servings. |
