| Directions | Preheat oven to 400°. Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper, drain grease. Stir in chili beans, barbecue sauce and salt. Bring to a boil and spoon into 9x9 baker. Prepare corn muffin mix following package directions, stir in mexi-corn to batter. Spoon over meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 6 servings. |
