Place tenderloins in a large ziploc bag with 2 cups of apple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and cinnamon and salt and pepper. Remove air and close tightly. Marinate for 4 hours min or up to 2 days in refrig.
Preheat oven to 325°
Remove from bag and place in a large baking pan sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Pour the juice from the bag over meat. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix apple jelly, 1/2 C apple juice and flour in a bowl and pour over tenderloins. Then cover with sliced apples mixed with 1/4 c sugar and 2 Tb apple juice. Bake covered 45 minutes. Uncover for the last 20-25 minutes. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing. Cut in small thin slices and serve with the apples.
