Place pork chops in baking pan, cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour. Remove chops and place in a clean roaster. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover and bake 1 hour or so at 350.
To serve: Take pork chops out of gravy and place on platter. Serve gravy on the side over hot, white rice.
