Oven Porcupines Recipe
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.

Mix meat, rice, water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.

Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium het.

Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 45 minutes.

Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.

-1 pound ground beef
-1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
-1/2 cup water
-1/3 cup onion, chopped
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon celery salt
-1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1 can tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
-1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ounce can)
-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
