Directions
  • Cook rice mix according to package directions. Transfer the mixture to a greased 2 qt. baking dish.
  • Top with chicken and ham.
  • In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, Colby cheese and pepper; pour over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan.
  • Bake, uncovered at 350° F. for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

-1 package long grain and wild rice mix (6 ounce pkg)
-2 cups cubed cooked chicken
-1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
-1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (10 3/4 ounce can)
-1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
-1 cup shredded Colby cheese
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
