| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 375°. Trim fat from chops; lightly brown on both sides. Mix the rice, water, salt, pepper, onion and soup in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Add green pepper. Arrange chops in dish and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chops and rice are tender. |
