| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Line pan or cupcake pans. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt, set aside. Cream, butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Alternately add flour and buttermilk, ending with the flour. Bake. |
