Coconut Custard Pie 10 - Recipe

Beat eggs. Add milk, water, vanilla and salt. Beat. Continue beating, slowly adding hot water.

Stir in 1/2 cup coconut. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut.

Bake in 350° oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until center of pie is firm.

-1 cup flaked coconut
-3 eggs
-1 can sweetened condensed milk
-1 1/4 cups hot water
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 teaspoon salt
