| | Directions | | In a blender, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix,eggs and vanilla. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 min. Pour into greased 9" round or square pan. Let stand at room temp.for 5min. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake at 350F for 4min cool on wire rack. Yield: 1 cake. |
