| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 400°. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in the butter, add egg and mix well. Spread into a 8x12" pan. Spread the preserve over the batter. Combine streusel topping and crumble over the preserves. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden color. Cool in pan. |
