| Directions | In a 9x12 inch glass dish, combine graham crackers and sugar. Stir to mix. Add melted butter and press into bottom and up sides of dish. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Top with fruit pie filling and cool whip. Refrigerate leftovers. Optional: If using apple or peach pie filling, use cinnamon graham crackers and sprinkle chopped pecans over cool whip. |
