Baked Carrots Recipe
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place carrots in 7-inch by 11-inch baking dish.
  • Combine sugar and orange juice; evenly pour over carrots.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring once to coat.

-1 package (1 pound) peeled carrots, halved and quartered
-3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
-1/4 cup orange juice
