Directions
Grease a 9" or 10" skillet. Combine all ingredients except nuts and topping. Blend and beat, spread batter into skillet, sprinkle with nuts. Spoon topping evenly over batter. Bake 350° for 35 minutes. Cool 1-2 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. If necessary. Scrape sauce from inside of pan and smooth over cake. Serve warm with ice cream.

-1 cup Sugar
-3/4 teaspoon salt
-2 squares melted chocolate (or 7 T cocoa plus 1 T butter)
-2 Eggs
-1 1/4 cups flour
-2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
-2/3 cup milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1/2 cup nuts

-1/2 cup warm water
-1/2 cup chocolate syrup
-1/3 cup sugar
