| | Directions |
- Take sausage out of casings and saute with the chopped onion until cooked through.
- Drain fat.
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Squeeze out the excess water from the spiach.
- Mix sausage and onion with the spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Put in 9 inch pie shell.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Cover with top crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. until crust is nicely brown approximately 30-40 minutes.
