| Directions |
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook and crumble sausage.
- Mix sausage, onion, cheese, cilantro, lime pepper and red pepper flakes set aside.
- Stir baking mix and water into a soft dough. Knead five or 6 times on floured board. Roll into rectangle. about 14x10 inches. Spread with sausage mixture. Roll up beginning with long side. With sealed edge down shape into a ring on greased cookie sheet making sure all ends are sealed. Score ring at 1 inch intervals . Make sure sausage filling is visable. Brush with beaten egg. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
