| | Directions | | Measure 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside. Combine remaining cake mix with one egg and 1/3 cup oil. Press in bottom of greased 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 1 cup reserved cake mix, 2 eggs and remaining ingredients. Beat at low speed for two minutes. Spread over crust. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes longer. Cool. |
