  • In a large pot, combine sausage, carrots, onion, green pepper and garlic.
  • Cook over medium heat until sausage is brown; drain.
  • Stir in broth and tomato sauce. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
  • Add zucchini and rosemary, simmer 20 min.
  • Add tortellini, simmer 5 min or until tender. 1 hour cooking time.
  • Serve immediately.
