| | Directions | | Mix together well the graham cracker crumbs, pecans, cocoa powder, orange peel, cinnamon, salt, and 2 cups sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the rum and mix until all the ingredients are completely moistened. Form by hand into 1 inch diameter balls, and roll each ball in remaining sugar (sifted). Store in an airtight container, preferably for at least one week, before serving. Makes approximately 75 rum balls. |
