| | Directions | | Boil sugar, syrup, and water in a heavy pan to 230° on a candy thermometer. Add peanuts and boil to 300°. Remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla, soda and salt. Stir until blended. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Chill. When hard, break into small pieces. |
