| Directions | Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine ground beef, chives, parsley and seasoning. Form into 6 patties. Place burgers on grill. Put onion slices and red pepper chunks onto the grill edges. Grill burgers 4-5 minutes per side, keeping an eye on the vegetables so they don't burn. Assemble burgers with desired garnishes. |
