Preheat oven to 375°. Fry sausage until done, drain and reserve 2 T of fat. Sauté onion and pepper in fat for 2-3 minutes. Slice sausage, combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage slices, green pepper, & onion. Spread into pie crust shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake on cookie sheet for 35-40 minutes or until browned and filling is set

-1/2 cup Onion
-1/3 cup green pepper
-1 1/2 cups sharp white grated cheddar cheese
-1 tablespoon flour
-2 Eggs, beaten
-1 cup evaporated milk
-1 tablespoon parsley
-3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
-1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
