Mix all ingredients together. Use about a 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish as this "poofs up" during the first half of the baking time.

Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered until it starts to brown, about 30 minutes.

Then put a lid on it and bake 30-40 minutes more or until center doesn't "jiggle".

-1 package corn bread mix (8 1/2 ounce )
-1 can cream style corn (14 ounce can)
-1/2 cup fat free sour cream
-1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
-1/2 stick margarine, softened
-1 carton Egg Beaters (carton equal to 2 eggs)
-1 cup low fat shredded Colby jack cheese
