Preheat oven to 350°. Spray two 8"x4" baking pans with nonstick spray. In a bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl combine pears, sugar, brown sugar, zucchini, oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture and stir. Stir in nuts. Bake 55 minutes. Make 2 loaves.
-3 cups flour
-1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 can pears, drained and chopped (16 ounce can)
-1 cup Sugar
-1 cup Brown Sugar
-1 cup finely shredded unpeeled zucchini
-1 cup oil
-3 Eggs
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-1/2 cup pecans, chopped
