| Directions | Butter bread pan. Mix beer, flour, sugar, taco seasoning, salsa and 3/4 C. shredded cheese directly in bread pan. Let rise 15 minutes. Sprinkle remainder of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour melted margarine over top. Return to oven 15 more minutes. Remove from oven. Serve hot or cool. |
